About Us:
When I started out in this industry, I did not know a single person. With a little bit of persistence and proper planning I made numerous relationships and here I am. I feel an empathy with writers trying to break in but at the same time I feel like the best kind of help that writers can get is from an experienced professional such as myself who has been through the same thing and now wants to give back. This is the purpose of THE SCRIPT ARCHITECT -- to give back to struggling talent.
I have worked in the film industry in several capacities. I have worked as a story editor, VP Development, etc and finally moved into management. I have set up projects for clients and have a strong familiarity with Action, thriller, horror, and Drama. I DO NOT specialize in consulting on straight or romantic comedy scripts.
I am not a teacher so if you are a beginner, you are better off learning through taking classes and getting your writing to an intermediate level before you consider script consultants. If I read a script and feel like it's a beginner's script, I will not charge you and let you know immediately.
My flat fee is $500 and I cover detailed pg by pg notes for everything from character to plot to formatting and everything in between. I choose to limit how many scripts I consult on per month in order to be able to attend to my own clients. I will always let you know ahead of time if I am unable to consult on more scripts for a particular month. The best way to find out is to e-mail or call me.
